The amendments regulate procedures by which the two houses of Russia’s Federal Assembly hear information from Government representatives on state and national reports as foreseen by Russian laws.
Under the law, when hearings of information on state or national reports take place in the Federal Assembly, a co-report by the Accounts Chamber auditor responsible for the relevant area of activity in the Accounts Chamber will be heard along with the reports from Government or other officials.
Under the law, hearings in the Federal Assembly must also examine effective use of federal budget money in the relevant areas, and reaching state programme’s approved targets.
