The draft federal law aims to implement clause 6 of Presidential instructions following a meeting of the Presidential Council for Countering Corruption, held on January 26, 2015, and to enhance criminal liability for corruption-related offenses.
The draft law will increase the efficiency of countering bribery and other corruption-related offences and help bring persons who commit such crimes to justice.
