The Federal Law defines the status of non-commercial organisations performing services of public benefit and the main criteria for eligibility for this status.
This definition is interpreted to mean non-commercial organisations with a social focus that over the course of one year or more have provided socially useful services of due quality, are not acting as foreign agents, and have no debts on the compulsory payments set by Russian laws.
Non-commercial organisations meeting these criteria qualify for a priority right to state support.
The list of organisations with this status is established by the Government in accordance with the priority areas set by the President.
