The Federal Law simplifies procedures for access to information on the list of individuals under an administrative ban from attending official sports events, and sets the procedures for this list’s oversight and for organising oversight of attendance of the relevant sports events.
Under the Law’s provisions, the list can be accessed via the official internet site of the federal executive body responsible for internal affairs. This will enable the organisers of official sports events to get timely access to the list and ensure that people under the administrative ban are not able to attend these events.
The Law also makes it obligatory for spectators to present ID documents when buying entry tickets or acquiring other documents giving the right to attend official sports events, and when entering venues for events as defined by Government decision, taking into consideration the specific sports discipline and competition level in question.
