The Agreement was signed in Dushanbe on September 15, 2015.
The Agreement will allow for rapid redeployment of the Collective Security Treaty Organisation (CSTO) forces and equipment to the areas of its responsibility in order to curb threats and challenges, for the deliver of military goods to Russian military bases abroad to ensure their operation and combat readiness, as well as the delivery of military goods for equipping the Armed Forces of Russia’s CSTO allies.
The Agreement is valid throughout the term of the Collective Security Treaty of May 15, 1992.
