To prevent the use of doping in sports, the Federal Law amends the Russian Labour Code to include additional provisions requiring that an employment contract with a coach specify that the coach observe anti-doping rules in force in Russia and imposed by international anti-doping organisations. Violation of such rules by the coach, including a one-time breach, will result in termination of his or her employment.
