The updated Federal Law restricts entry into the Russian Federation for a foreign citizen or a stateless individual if such foreign citizen or stateless individual takes part in the activities of an organisation on the list of organisations and individuals that are suspected of involvement in extremist activities or terrorism. Entry of said individual is also restricted if an organisation that counters the funding of terrorism resolves to block the money or other assets belonging to that foreign citizen or stateless individual, or if there is a valid court ruling to suspend bank transactions or other operations involving the money or other assets of the said foreign citizen or stateless individual until the relevant decision is reversed.
