The Federal Law prohibits the use of Nazi attributes and symbols or attributes and symbols similar to the point of confusion to those as offensive to the multi-ethnic nation and the memory of victims who fell in the Great Patriotic War. The exception are the cases of using Nazi attributes and symbols or attributes and symbols similar to the point of confusion to those that develop a negative attitude to the Nazi ideology and lack the characteristics of propaganda or justification of Nazism.
