Considering Yury Luzhkov’s significant contribution to the establishment of the Russian statehood and the development of Moscow, the President has resolved to perpetuate his memory, in particular, by placing a memorial plaque on the building where the Moscow mayor once lived and by naming the Moscow City Government University of Management after Yury Luzhkov.
