The Federal Law defines categories of foreign nationals who can enter the Russian Federation to hold talks on concluding an investment agreement with a resident of a priority socioeconomic development area in the Far Eastern Federal District or with a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok on the implementation of an investment project there as well as to implement already concluded investment agreements.
The Federal Law sets out the specifics of issuing ordinary multiple-entry business visas and ordinary multiple-entry work visas to foreign nationals by a Russian diplomatic mission of consular office.
The invitation to the Russian Federation for such categories of foreign nationals shall be issued by the local branch of the federal executive authority of the interior at the request of residents of a priority socioeconomic development area in the Far Eastern Federal District or residents of the Free Port of Vladivostok.
In addition, the Federal Law establishes the conditions for submitting a notice on the completion or termination of an investment agreement to a local branch of the federal executive authority of the interior in the constituent entity of the Russian Federation where such an investment agreement is being implemented.
