The Treaty was signed in Ulaanbaatar on September 3, 2019.
The Treaty says that the Parties consider each other as friendly, equal and sovereign states and will interact on the basis of mutual trust, traditional neighbourly relations, comprehensive strategic partnership and multifaceted mutually beneficial cooperation.
Within the comprehensive strategic partnership, the Parties will develop cooperation in politics, defence, security, the economy, trade, finance and investment, infrastructure, transport and communications, energy, information technology, humanitarian and cultural relations, art, education, science and technology, environmental protection, healthcare, sanitary and epidemiological wellbeing and other areas of mutual interest.
