The Federal Law specifies the authority of the Government of the Russian Federation to approve the rules for establishing, adjusting, and redistributing among the Russian regions quotas for the issuance of temporary residence permits to foreign citizens and stateless persons.
At the same time, the Federal Law specifies the authority of the federal executive body in the field of internal affairs to approve the procedure for issuing a temporary residence permit, the application form and the list of documents to be attached, as well as the form and description of the mark in the relevant documents.
