The Federal Law simplifies the procedure of obtaining tourist visas for foreign citizens by making it possible to obtain a tourist visa upon providing a booking confirmation for a hotel or other accommodation facility, information about which is contained in the list of classified hotels, ski slopes and beaches.
In addition, the Federal Law extends the validity period of a regular tourist visa from one to six months.
