The Federal Law provides for measures to preserve the endowments of non-profit organisations in the context of external sanctions pressure.
In particular, some provisions of the Federal Law On the Procedure for Forming and Using the Endowments of Non-Profit Organisations, which specify when the endowment is subject to liquidation, are to be suspended through January 1, 2026.
Amendments to be made to the Federal Law On Countering the Legalisation (Laundering) of Illegal Proceeds and the Funding of Terrorism specify, which operations involving the receipt or spending by a non-profit organisation of money and/or other assets are not subject to compulsory control.
