In order to provide additional measures of social support to those serving under contract in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the Presidential Executive Order envisages a one-time payment in the amount of 195,000 rubles for citizens of the Russian Federation mobilised for military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, those who were conscripted into the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, as well as other citizens of the Russian Federation (foreign citizens) who, during the period of the special military operation, signed a contract for military service in the Russian Armed Forces for a period of one year or more.
