Under the amendment, a share in the charter capital of the company, which was not transferred to a shareholder of the company, is subject to evaluation and sale by the Government of the Russian Federation. The sale of this share shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure determined by the Government of the Russian Federation to a Russian legal entity corresponding to the criteria defined by this procedure.
The Government of the Russian Federation was instructed to bring its acts into line with the current Executive Order.
