The Federal Law regulates the relations between the entities in charge of developing the technological policy in the Russian Federation, and the persons assisting with technological development.
In particular, the Federal Law specifies the goals, objectives and tools for implementing the technological policy; the authorities of federal and regional government bodies with respect to the technological policy. It regulates the development and implementation of national projects concerning Russia’s technological leadership, projects on cross-cutting technologies, and innovative development programmes for organisations with state participation; measures of state stimulation for activities concerning the technological policy; specifics of financing technological projects and assessing the effectiveness of such funding; and information support of the technological policy.
