In particular, in accordance with the Executive Order, the Chairman of the Maritime Board is mandated to establish a Maritime Board Presidium from among the Board’s current members, with the objective of addressing operational matters pertinent to the execution of the Board’s responsibilities and functions. The Chair of the Maritime Board shall preside over its Presidium.
