Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order On Awarding an Honorary Designation to the 68th Army Corps.

For mass heroism and courage, fortitude and bravery shown by the unit personnel in combat operations to protect the Fatherland and state interests in armed conflicts, the President resolved to award the honorary Guards designation to the 68th Army Corps. From now on, it shall be referred to as the 68th Guards Army Corps.
