The Federal Law focuses on building a more effective system for identifying, preventing and suppressing criminal activities aimed at undermining the foundations of the constitutional order, the country’s defence capability and national security.
To this effect, criminal liability is introduced for failure to report to a law enforcement agency authorised to consider crime reports, on any person (persons) who, according to reliable information, is (are) preparing, committing or has (have) committed at least one of the offences qualified as sabotage.
