The Federal Law strengthens administrative liability for using uncertified information systems, databases and data banks, as well as uncertified information security systems, for using uncertified means of protection of the information constituting state secrets, as well as for neglecting requirements for the protection of the information constituting state secrets.
The Federal Law stipulates a limitations period of one year for administrative actions initiated for violating information security rules.
