The President signed Federal Law On Ratifying the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of the Congo on Cooperation in Building the Pointe-Noire – Loutete – Maloukou-Trechot Oil Pipeline on the Territory of the Republic of the Congo.
The agreement was signed in Moscow on September 28, 2024.
The agreement aims to create favourable conditions for cooperation in the sphere of building the Pointe-Noire – Loutete – Maloukou-Trechot oil pipeline on the territory of the Republic of the Congo.
