The Federal Law modifies the parameters of the 2025 federal budget to specify certain indicators of the Russian Federation’s socioeconomic development forecast for 2025 and the 2026–2027 planning period, particularly in the context of implementing the federal budget in January-March 2025.
Projected total federal budget revenue is estimated at 38,506.2 billion rubles (1,789.9 billion rubles less), expenditures are estimated at 42,298.7 billion rubles (829.2 billion rubles more). The planned budget deficit is estimated at 3,792.4 billion rubles, an increase of 2.619 trillion rubles.
