Pursuant to para. 5 of Presidential Executive Order No. 520 of August 5, 2022, On the Application of Special Eeconomic Measures in the Financial, and Fuel and Energy Sectors in Connection with the Unfriendly Actions by Certain Foreign States and International Organisations, the President has ordered to authorise execution by RusGazDobycha joint-stock company and (or) a person under its control of transactions to acquire 2,796,591 ordinary shares and 2,571,200 preferred shares in HMS Neftemash joint-stock company, as well as 3,000 ordinary shares and 170 preferred shares in HYDROMASHSERVICE joint-stock company.
According to the Order, execution of the abovementioned transactions does not require obtaining additional permits, decisions, agreements, approvals or other authorisation documents as provided for by legislation of the Russian Federation.
