Law on the Ratification of the Intergovernmental Agreement between Russia and China on Promotion and Mutual Protection of Investments

Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the People's Republic of China on the Promotion and Mutual Protection of Investments.

The agreement was signed in Moscow on May 8, 2025.

The agreement envisages that each Contracting Party will strive to create favourable conditions for investors of the other Contracting Party to invest in its territory and will permit such investments in accordance with its legislation.
