The Federal Law introduces amendments to Article 327.6 of the Labour Code of the Russian Federation, providing for the possibility of terminating employment contracts with employees who are foreign citizens or stateless persons in order to bring the number of such employees into compliance with the restrictions on the employment of foreign citizens or stateless persons established by regulatory legal acts of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
