The Agreement was signed in St Petersburg on May 20, 2025.
Under the Agreement, each Party agrees, upon request from either Party and according to the provisions of the Agreement, to extradite any individual, located on the other Party’s territory, wanted by the requesting Party for crimes entailing extradition and criminal prosecution, sentencing or execution of a sentence in connection with such crimes.
