The Agreement was signed in Paris on April 14, 2025, in St Petersburg on May 20, 2025, and in Moscow on June 5, 2025.
Under the Agreement, the Government of the Russian Federation and the International Competence Centre for Mining Engineering Education consent to take all necessary measures to ensure the continued operation of the International Competence Centre for Mining Engineering Education as a UNESCO Category 2 Centre.
