The Protocol on amendments to the Convention on Legal Aid and Legal Relations in Civil, Family and Criminal Cases, dated October 7, 2002, was signed on behalf of the Russian Federation on May 13, 2025.
The Protocol is aimed at facilitating the recognition of court orders for the collection of support for underage children in the territory of the signatories.
