The Federal Law regulates the use of enhanced qualified electronic signatures by international (intergovernmental) organisations, including their branches and representative offices operating in the Russian Federation, in order to ensure effective electronic interaction.
Under the Federal Law, qualified certificates for electronic signature verification keys for international (intergovernmental) organisations, as well as their branches and representative offices, will be issued by the certification authority of the Federal Taxation Service of Russia.
