The C135 Convention Concerning Protection and Facilities to be Afforded to Workers' Representatives in the Undertaking was adopted by the 56th Session of the International Labour Organisation’s General Conference on June 23, 1971, in Geneva and entered into force on June 30, 1973.
Analysis has shown that Russian legislation on the rights of workers’ representatives at enterprises, including the Labour Code of the Russian Federation, fully corresponds to the norms and regulations set out in the Convention.
