The Federal Law sets forth the order of examination by courts of matters related to temporary placement of a foreign citizen to be transferred in accordance with the international agreement on readmission signed by the Russian Federation, or a foreign citizen who is admitted to a special facility of the federal executive body in charge of migration, intended for temporary accommodation of such foreign citizens in accordance with an international agreement on readmission signed by the Russian Federation.
To this end, a chapter has been added to Section III of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation regulating the procedure and deadlines for applications for temporary accommodation or extending the stay of a foreign citizen subject to readmission at a readmission facility, as well as the order of adjudication by a court and passing judgements.
