The Federal Law makes the staff of the Russian Federation Civic Chamber responsible for organisational, legal, analytical, information and documentation, financial and material-technical support for the work of the Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights.
Under the law, financial provisions for the Civic Chamber’s staff are part of the federal budget provisions allocated for financing the work of the Civic Chamber and the Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights.
The amendments to the Federal Law on the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation will enable the Commissioner for Children’s Rights to carry out in full measure the tasks set out in Presidential Executive Order N. 986 of September 1, 2009 On the Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights.
