The Federal Law proposes extending until 2014 the period of time during which the organisation managing the unified national (all-Russia) power grid is entitled to lease electric supply network facilities to regional network organisations.
Furthermore, the Federal Law provides that the procedure for approving the transfer by the unified national (all-Russia) power grid of electric supply network facilities to regional network organisations on lease shall be set forth by the Government of the Russian Federation.
