The Convention was signed in Algiers on October 10, 2017.
The Convention is aimed at strengthening cooperation between the Russian Federation and the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria in providing mutual legal assistance in criminal matters.
The Convention determines the scope of legal assistance, the content of the request for legal assistance and the procedure for the fulfilling such a request.
