State visit to Kyrgyzstan
Vladimir Putin made a state visit to Kyrgyzstan at the invitation of President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Jeenbekov. Russian-Kyrgyz talks were held in Bishkek, during which a package of documents on cooperation in various spheres was signed. The two presidents also attended the Eighth Russia-Kyrgyz Interregional Conference and visited the Chingiz Aitmatov House-Museum. The visit concluded with a wreath-laying ceremony at the Eternal Flame on Victory Square.
