Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law On the Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Serbia on the Cession to the Republic of Serbia of the St Petersburg Page of the Miroslav Gospel and the Cession to the Russian Federation of Paintings by Nicholas Roerich.
The agreement was signed in Belgrade on October 19, 2019.
The agreement calls on Russia to hand over to Serbia the page of the Miroslav Gospel in Belgrade (Republic of Serbia) and Serbia to hand over paintings by Nicholas Roerich to Russia in Moscow (Russian Federation).
