This Federal Law regulates the activity of local government bodies concerning international ties and foreign trade.
The Federal Law establishes the powers of a federal executive body authorised to develop and implement the state policy and legal regulation related to international links and foreign economic activity of local self-government bodies; the authority of regional and local self-government bodies with respect to international links and foreign economic activity.
