The Federal Law amends the Federal Law On Veterans and certain other legislative acts. These amendments grant holders of the badge Resident of Besieged Stalingrad the status of Great Patriotic War veterans. Under the law, they are eligible for social support measures similar to those given to holders of the badge Resident of Besieged Leningrad or Resident of Besieged Sevastopol.
