According to the Executive Order, residents of the Russian Federation and their affiliated companies will be able to receive, into their ruble accounts, payments accumulated since the spring of 2022 on Type-C accounts of foreign nominal holders and paying agents for the securities they own, the accounting of which is maintained in foreign infrastructure, according to the procedure established by this Executive Order.
