In accordance with para. 5 of Presidential Executive Order No. 520 of August 5, 2022, On Special Economic Measures in the Financial and Fuel-and-Energy Sectors in Connection with the Unfriendly Actions by Certain Foreign States and International Organisations, the PROMAZOT Limited Liability Company shall be allowed to execute transactions to acquire 23 ordinary shares and 16 preferred shares in Minudobreniya joint-stock company belonging by YAIBERA HOLDINGS LIMITED, as well as one ordinary share and four preferred shares in the above-mentioned joint-stock company belonging by LAGUZ MANAGEMENT LIMITED.
