Director-General of the International Labour Organization (ILO) Guy Ryder has been awarded the Order of Friendship for his significant contribution to international cooperation in the sphere of labour relations, promoting the principles of social partnership and strengthening bilateral cooperation between the Russian Federation and the ILO.
