Instructions to the Government concern, in particular, measures to prevent increases in the cost of pulp and paper products, state support mechanisms for delivering magazines to the public, and transparency and accessibility of information on regional budgets’ spending on media coverage of the regional authorities’ work and support for media outlets.
The Federal Anti-Monopoly Service and the Prosecutor General’s Office have been jointly instructed to monitor enforcement of the law, in particular, provisions regarding prices for pulp and paper products in 2014–2015.
