The Federal Law relies on the basic version of Russia’s socioeconomic development forecast for 2020 and the 2021–2022 planning period.
The Federal Law sets forth the main parameters of the federal budget for 2020 based on an estimated gross domestic product of 112,863 billion rubles and an inflation rate of no more than 3 percent.
The total federal budget revenue in 2020 is projected at 20,379.4 billion rubles (including projected additional oil and gas revenue at 2,332.9 billion rubles) with spending of 19,503.3 billion rubles. The federal budget surplus is estimated at 876.1 billion rubles.
