The main parameters of the 2021 federal budget are determined based on the projected gross domestic product of 115,533,000,000,000 rubles and an inflation rate below 3.7 percent. The projected total revenue is 18,765,100,000,000 rubles, with total expenditures of 21,520,100,000,000 rubles. The federal budget deficit will amount to 2,755,000,000,000 rubles.
