The Federal Law modifies the parameters of the federal budget for 2025 to specify certain indicators of the Russian Federation’s socioeconomic development forecast for 2025 and the 2026–2027 planning period.
The key parameters of the 2025 federal budget are based on the projected volume of GDP at 217.29 trillion rubles and the inflation rate of up to but not exceeding 6.8 percent. The projected total federal budget revenue is estimated at 36.5622 trillion rubles, expenditures have been reaffirmed at 42.2987 trillion rubles, and the planned budget deficit is estimated at 5.7365 trillion rubles.
