The message reads, in part:

It is gratifying to see that all of you – engineers, designers, innovators, workers of industrial enterprises, research and education centres, university and school students – stand out by having daring ideas and creative ambitions, perseverance, determination, and sincere commitment to serving your Motherland.”
Among the participants of the competition are recognised scientists and entrepreneurs as well as young inventors – school and university students. The Grand Prix will go to the creator of the most effective technical solution implemented. Over 2,000 professionals have competed for the Inventor of the Year title since the launch of the competition.
