The Congress of Young Scientists is the flagship yearly event under the auspices of Russia's Decade of Science and Technology (2022–2031). The meeting will focus on issues pertaining to the development of research infrastructure and training of scientific talent, as well as ways to improve federal efforts to aid young scientists.
