I would like to emphasise that these impressive successes and achievements are founded on the selfless and heroic work of outstanding scientists, engineers and specialists. Their bold, innovative breakthroughs, their enthusiasm and true dedication stand as a vivid example of teamwork at the highest professional level, and of unwavering commitment to their chosen field and the interests of the Motherland.
It is encouraging to see that you are carrying forward the proud traditions of your predecessors and the Centre’s veterans, making a substantial contribution to the country’s technological independence and to the development of priority areas in science and the economy.”
