Instructions to the Government of the Russian Federation, together with the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia, concern interaction between federal executive agencies that conduct monitoring and supervision in labour and employment and corresponding executive agencies in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol; issues of labour migration and attracting foreign labour; and improving the new pension legislation as it concerns pension rights for agricultural workers.
